THERAPEUTIC YOGA

5:45–7:00pmThis class requires familiarity with an active yoga practice. While you won’t find yourself moving through hundreds of chaturangas or putting your leg behind your head, we will take ideas and concepts from foundational poses into more advanced postures and movement combinations.

ALL LEVELS MORNING YOGA PRACTICE

9:30–10:30amStart your day off right with this practice intended to warm up your body and get you moving well and with a little more ease.
FLOW HARD, REST HARD
w/ Sam
5:45–7:00pmCome to class prepared to connect with your breath and body, work smart and hard, and have fun exploring challenging poses. Practice will wrap with a long, glorious savasana. Variations on poses will be offered, and it's a good idea to have some comfort with an active yoga practice before you jump into this class.

YOGA FOR PREGNANCY
w/ Elaina
9:00–10:15amThe name says it all. Breathe and move through a sequence designed to support your pregnancy, child birth, and parenthood. A short tea time follows class to allow time for questions and connection. All are welcome!
YOGA + PRANAYAMA
w/ Natalie
10:30am–12:00pmIn this class we’ll move through an active practice, cool down to transition into a pranayama practice — or breathing exercises — and save space for a luxurious final relaxation at the end.

YIN YOGA
w/ Shellie
10:30am–11:30amYin is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga with a focus on stillness and longer held passive poses. Poses in this style of practice are floor-based and props will be offered for variations to allow you to find your perfect pose. This class is good for those looking to increase flexibility, decrease stress, and explore mindfulness.
